We work with two passionate indoor plant specialists who can, based on the specific exposure to sunlight in each room, alone with your own taste in decor, choose and propose different plants that will thrive in your Parisian home, and will take care of them all year.
key drop off / pick-up
Leave a copy with us for any deliveries, friends, or anyone else you need to give access to your apartment
laundry & dry cleaning
Just leave it in a pile or a bag and we’ll take care of the rest. Come home to freshly ironed shirts, clean linens, and folded clothes.
Mailbox management
We will check your mailbox regularly and scan all letters to you via email, and keep the hard copies safely stored.
key copying
We can make copies of your keys if you don’t have enough sets; or in the case of a new acquisition, have a locksmith change the locks completely.
basic interior design & delivery
If you need help decorating your place, we work with a select number of English speaking designers who can help to execute your vision. Of course if you are into getting out & doing your own shopping, checking out the flea markets and decorating yourself, we can be available for receiving deliveries of large furniture, or scheduling delivery of flea-market finds with our trusty man-with-a-van.
heat management
During the winter, it generally doesn’t get below freezing for more than a couple days. But it’s still important if you are not around, to have the heaters checked regularly. For example, if the was a short electric outage, and your heaters are electric, they may have to be manually turned back on. If you have gas heat, we would check to make sure the pilot is consistently on, and that the thermostats are functioning.
receiving deliveries
These could be anything from furniture to Amazon packages— if you don’t have a full-time Gardienne, we can make sure the item is received.
pet care services
If you spend much of the year in Paris but leave for substantial periods at a time, we have a passionate crew of animal lovers who can take care of your pets while you are gone, according to your instructions.
small home repairs
Paint jobs, patch ups, electric, plumbers, shelf-building, IKEA furniture assembly… we got their numbers. Some of these, especially paint, will be needed to deal with any water leak damage that may occur.

insurance claims management
This is almost exclusively dealing with water damage. In Paris, water leaks are par for the course when owning an apartment in an older building. Whether the leak originated from your unit, or infiltrated your apartment from a neighbor or a building pipe, we will to file a joint claim and follow up to get the damage assessed and the claim paid out. This is a very common issue and like all insurance companies, they need persistent pressure to pay out claims. It’s not rocket science but it’s tedious, especially if you don’t know the ins & outs of home insurance policies in France.
managing syndic interactions
Ah yes, the Syndic — the building management. Some are modern and responsive, but some don’t even use email (!!) Communicating with them is very important, as they manage your building and your apartment as far a quarterly maintenance fees and billing for extra work and maintenance as voted on by the homeowners association. It is important to look over each bill since unfortunately they often make errors.
